We’re pretty excited about the growth this past week on the straw bales. It seems that the seeds I stuck in there (peas and pumpkins) are all popping up. The tomato plants are very happy where they are. I’ll post the pics I took on Sunday.

A couple pumpkin plants next to the carrots. I expect the pumpkin vines to grow down and snake out through the aisles of the bales.
The pepper plants are looking good.

Look! We already have green beans.
They were a great addition to the delicious meal of grilled salmon, rice and toast that the Biker Chef made on Father’s Day. We each got three green beans.
