Quote of the Day:  One’s dream is constantly evolving, rising and falling, changing course. This happens in every job, but because I have worked in comedy for twenty-five years, I can probably speak best about my own profession. Conan O’Brien

Confession: I’ve been self-centered lately. I needed a little body work, you the kind, yearly exams, lab work, etc. BTW, I’m all good. Cholesterol is is slightly up, so I’ll keep eating my oatmeal and stepping up, and out, with the exercise now that we’re finally out of the deep freeze here in the Midwest. When it comes to hanging out with the Biker Chef, I’ll have to say, my taste buds are happy, but my pants are tight!

While I was having massage therapy this morning (I told you I was being self-centered this week), I had my usual creativity explosion. Some people feel slightly nauseous after a massage from the release of all the toxins. Others get emotional. I feel a release of creative energy. I’ve had visions of butterflies flying out of my limbs and sailing down a Norwegian Fjord. This time, I was composing blogposts, letters to my piano families, and thinking about my play.

To continue my personal evolution when I got home, I called my hair stylist Aubrey to make an appointment in her new location, Moxy Hair Studio. The name comes from inspiration she had while watching my play, Coffee Shop Confessions. She is evolving as a business woman.

I am evolving in my writing career and decided to make an investment in a shiny new website, designed by Corey at Midstate Design. He’s working very hard at getting all my blogs transferred over to my new site where everything will be under one roof (The Mothership, as my friend Krista calls it). From there, I can launch my new blog Dine off the Page, a blog I’m writing with the Biker Chef with chef tips, recipes, and restaurant reviews. I’ll be writing my Blogging from A to Z Challenge in April there (a blogpost a day using each letter of the alphabet).

So, next time you see me, I’ll be at www.playoffthepage.com. I’m so excited!

A preview of the fun we’ll have at Dine off the Page.
The Biker Chef and his lovely assistant.
Another sausage making day. I’ll write about it at my new web home.

I don’t want to lose contact with any of my readers and blogging buddies. Please, visit me at my new site, and I’ll make sure I know where to go to visit you.

Go. Create. Inspire!

Journaling Prompt:  How have you evolved in your creative life this past year?
